Replicating the Causeway look and feel was central to our design to ensure a consistent and familiar environment across all their offices, reinforcing the company's brand identity and culture. Maintaining this consistency was crucial for fostering a sense of belonging and stability among employees and supporting seamless collaboration and communication across different office locations.

We created collaborative spaces that encourage teamwork and interaction, similar to those in other Causeway offices but tailored to fit the smaller French location. Incorporating a strong connection to Parisian culture, we chose interior tiles that mirror the building's exterior and included architectural elements such as arches reminiscent of the Arc de Triomphe. The ceiling features acoustic panels designed to evoke the Moulin Rouge windmill, while vintage Parisian travel posters and references to French culture adorn the walls, adding a touch of local flavour to the space.

Midway through the project, Causeway Technologies underwent a significant rebranding that impacted several design elements. The new branding introduces a fresh visual identity for the brand, incorporating a purple colour scheme which replaces the previously planned dark navy design. Causeway’s refreshed branding marks the first milestone in an exciting journey into a new era of innovation for the business and its customers. Causeway has ambitious plans to bring this vision to life, not only by unifying all aspects of the industry in one place with its new software platform, CausewayOne, but also by creating exceptional workplace environments for their own people, leading the industry.

Despite these challenges, our strong relationship with Causeway Technologies - fostered through regular communication and collaboration with their UK and French teams - ensured the project’s success. Frequent on-site meetings facilitated direct feedback and timely adjustments, keeping us aligned with the client’s needs and expectations.

Causeway Technologies new office is a vibrant and functionally integrated workspace. By seamlessly blending their corporate identity with local Parisian elements, we’ve created an environment that not only supports their growing team but also enhances collaboration and embodies their refreshed branding.
